For customers that have been issued with a loyalty card, that would like to buy shoes online and receive their 10% off discount, please call the boutique directly on 0207 402 3434.

Lucy Choi London reserves the right to ask for identification and the unique loyalty card number.

 

The loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. The Lucy Choi London Loyalty Card does however entitle you to a 10% discount on future purchases of the new collection. A further discount may be applied in exceptional cases, but is at the discretion of the issuing company (Lucy Choi London).

 

When a purchase is made, the customer will be expected to produce their loyalty card (with the corresponding, unique customer number) in order to obtain their discount. Your Discount Card is personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account to redeem a discount. You will be asked to provide additional identification when using your discount card.

 

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights. For security purposes we strongly recommend that you register your LCL Card online. This will provide protection should your card become lost, stolen or damaged.
